In Frimosa we prepare offal and giblets products of ovine, pork and bovine products, from younger and older origins. We serve them both raw and cooked, and they are preserved either fresh or frozen. Depending on the articles, we also offer them plain or cooked.
The possibilities of presentation and packing of our products are multiple and they vary depending on our client's necessities. The presentation of the pieces goes from the article as a whole, cut into pieces or in steaks, to any variation inquired by the client. It can be packed in a modified atmosphere tray, or in a vacuum-sealed bag or tray. It can also be frozen in boxes, Poly Bloc or box for wholesalers.
